Howdy 👋,

I’m Trevor, I write about my thoughts and enjoy helping others. Let me help you know yourself better and move towards a more fulfilling life. I’m here for you.

Services Offered

Personal Coaching

This is where we meet regularly. I’ll get to know you and seek to zero in on exactly how to move through the season you’re engaging in the best ways. I will help you stay on-target and motivated towards your goals. I am another human who has been on this planet trying lots of different experiences and modalities to figure out how to navigate being alive and I’ve learned some things along the way. Things that I embody and ways I can guide you.

The schedule is 60 minutes, once a week. I recommend planning on doing it for 3 months to start because real, lasting change takes time and consistency. You have to get the repetitions in and I’m there to encourage you and help you adjust and optimize your process to achieving your goals.

Thought Partnering

Ever wish you could spend an hour or four bouncing some ideas off of someone? Going down different thought trails of your own just to see where they end up? Not that you need or want specific advice, but just to have someone there who was conscious, who won’t get in the way, won’t judge, but can help you think your own thoughts and organize your own path through the labyrinth of information in your own mind? We can talk, hang out, whiteboard, mind-map, etc.

A normal session would probably be 90 minutes, but we could arrange shorter or longer depending on how long you think would be valuable.

About Me

My name is Trevor Lindgren Storey. I am 33 years old, I grew up on a cattle ranch near Santa Barbara California and have also lived in Los Angeles, Colorado, New York, and now live in Austin, Texas.

I played soccer at high levels from age 5-19, ending that career playing for the Seahorses in Orange County California, a USL(United Soccer League) 2 team. The team is often scouted by MLS teams like the LA Galaxy.

I left soccer to pursue a career in the music industry where I toured as a Guitar Tech, Stage Manager and Front-of-House Audio Engineer all over the world, from the US to Europe, Zimbabwe, Japan, New Zealand, Russia, etc., with artists such as Cyndi Lauper, The All-American Rejects, Toni Braxton, Shiny Toy Guns, Nothing More, Sleepwave, Wovenwar, and others.

I left that career for 5 years to pursue a totally new challenge in computer programming. I went to a coding bootcamp in New York City called Fullstack Academy, graduating in 2017. I worked as a Software Engineer building consumer mobile apps and SaaS web apps for several clients.

In May of 2022 I left my software engineering career to go back on tour with Nothing More as a Guitar Tech. In 2024 I accepted the role of Production Manager with them. I’m enjoying the change a lot :).

I grew up in the evangelical christian church, though I no longer have direct ties to it. I do think there is value there, but my perspective is more open. I think it’s one window to look through to see a small piece of The Great Mystery. I cite Carl Jung, Jordan B. Peterson and Robert Greene as some of my primary influences now. I’ve experienced Ayahuasca and Huachuma in Peru at SpiritQuest Sanctuary. I am a member of the Peyote Way Church of God in Arizona. I also have experience with psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana and various other modalities. I personally have a legitimate ADHD diagnosis which I took Adderall to treat for a few years. Eventually it stopped working and I’ve found ways to orient my life that make my ADHD a non-issue. In plants and pharmaceuticals I see tools that serve a purpose. I do not seek to demonize any chemical compound.

I love all types and kinds of humans in all our colorful expressions. I tend to side with the outcast, the silenced and the down-trodden, even if I don’t look like them or particularly agree with them because I believe everyone should have a chance to be heard. I do not seek homogeneity, I seek to encourage love and togetherness in our differences. No matter how you identify, I would love to encourage and help you on your path forward.

In the words of Don Howard of SpiritQuest - Para el bien de todos.

Take it easy,

-Trevor
